Why engage in coaching conversations with me?

You will enter a neutral space free of expectations, power relations, and judgement. Through our conversations you will:

  • get a clearer view of your values and dreams
  • more clearly distinguish your own expectations from others
  • be more aware of and honour your boundaries
  • get a better understanding of your behaviour and how it affects other people

This is a great opportunity to explore why some situations and relationships at work challenge you. I help you discover blind spots – the unintended thoughts and behaviour that keep you from creating the results you aim for.

What is coaching?

In a coaching conversation I ask reflecting and challenging questions, which may open new insights and perspectives for you. At the end of the conversation, we agree which themes you will work with until our next conversation.

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as:

“partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.”

My approach

My role is to support you in getting closer to your most important values as well as being conscious about how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

I insist on getting to the core of the conversation and try my best to understand and imagine what it is like to be you. I do not have the answers – you have. My finest contribution is to help you explore what is right for you.

In my coaching I stand on the following cornerstones:

  • research based adult development
  • cognitive behaviour
  • the enneagram (system of personality typing)
  • systemic thinking

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global coaching organisation. I am educated from an ICF accredited institution, and I follow ICF’s ethical guidelines.
